How do you get your first Real Estate job?

How would you possibly work in real estate? It is done M-f 8-5. The banks, the appraisers, the title companies, the inspectors all work normal hours, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to sell anything if you are not available when the work is done. No agency is going to bother to hire you, since you could not close a deal you would ruin their reputation.
