I'm a 22 year old guy... and I've been in your position before. I found it extremely rewarding to sleep early, wake up before sunrise, drink a glass of cold water and immediately exercise for 30 mins. Eat breakfast at that point... fruit is important in the morning... so are eggs. Oat meal is great before the afternoon workout. Eating your last meal before 7 p.m. is one trick that worked for me.
