There is probably no problem if you are tall and weigh around 200 lbs. For a smaller person, it might be too much saturated fat and cholesterol. By looking at this, it is as variation of a low carb diet. You will probably lose ten lbs. The problem is that the body will regain it within a few months, plus you eliminate too many food groups. It might be hard to evacuate waste products from your body. For further corroboration, run it by your physician.
