Why My wife doesn't respect me.. How could I overcome from this problem..?

I am 23 years old and My wife is 25.. She was talking to me for so many hours is a day.. but in these days She is not giving respect to me even an miss call also.. I am really frosted .. In these days am in out of state..but I love her so much.. How can i overcome from this problem... Plz help me..!!
