Mini stroke, Anxiety or Mirgrane?

Hi im eighteen years old 38 weeks pregnant and yesturday night experienced somthing that was quite startling. Firstly to give you all the details, i was on the laptop for 4 hours with just about 3 toilet breaks witch were no time waster. After i finished what i was doing for those 4 hours i got up and not sure how i came to realise it, but realised my the outter right part of my eye was making it difficult to see as it felt like i was looking at the sun or somthing and had a sun spot so i couldnt read the last of sentences with my right eye. I do suffer from anxiety and started to panic like mad until i calmed myself down and went on facebook to try to distract my mind , as i was on face book i was still abit jittery and went to write a word that fair enough i hadnt used in a while but had completely forgottern how to spell! then i started to notice that i was very uncordinated and could get my tryping 100% and couldnt spell properly, i got up in a mad panic and tryed to read a magasine to test out my abilitys i was reading very slow and had to go back over words constantly as i at first diddnt understand the word or what i was reading. So i went and drew a bath to relax spent about 20mins in there and got out as i got out i tried to calm down i was very edgy as i diddnt kno what was happening, i sat down and my right hand just the fingers started to become numb and tingly one by one! and so did the right side of my lips! i paniced like crazy and my dad and i went to the hospital and on the way to the hospital i developed a very bad headache on my left side that went into my forehead...iwent over my symptoms and decided to send me to another hospital with a maternity ward just incase...i went there waited 3hours and decided to call it a night, i woke up feeling fine so thaught nothing of it...but now as i read im reading about minor strokes and migranes with stroke like symptoms etc and im starting to worry i have an appointment with my dr tommoro but im very scared...what is the most likely cause of these events witch by the way only lasted about 30mins in total except the migrane witch came on later and lasted until i slept it off all replys will be apreciated! thank u!
