How could anyone think dinosaurs evolved into hummingbirds? Time, mutations, and natural selection?

The hummingbird beats it's wings about 70 times per second. Bad reason if hummingbird are evolved from dinosaurs, they have small hand, impossible for beggining flight, moreover for quickly flapping! Hummingbirds is the true fact God creation.
