Creationists don't accept whale evolution because they don't see how a nose can move to the top of the head?

A whale's blowhole is actually its nose. The four legged mammals that were the ancestors of whales had their noses in the same place where other mammals of that era did, but over millions of years of mutations and natural selection, the skulls of whales evolved and the nose moved to the top of the head. This is a perfectly logical explanation to me; I see no problem with it at all. Why do creationists think this is impossible, jump up and down, get red in the face and call it a fairytale?
